Offitel Edge: Core & Elite Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Validity

Offitel Edge offers two annual plans: Edge Core at ₹1,25,000 + GST and Edge Elite at ₹2,25,000 + GST. Each membership remains valid for one year from purchase and may be renewed annually. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. The membership operates independently from the CorporatEdge app. Contact the sales team for corporate bulk purchases.

2. Membership Benefits

Benefits vary by plan.

• Annual fee: Edge Core ₹1,25,000 + GST; Edge Elite ₹2,25,000 + GST.
• Edge Coins: Edge Core 144 per year (12 per month); Edge Elite 300 per year (25 per month).
• Day passes: Edge Core 12 per year (1 per month); Edge Elite 24 per year (2 per month).
• Virtual addresses: Edge Core 1 per year; Edge Elite 2 per year.
• Café savings: Edge Core 10% off the menu; Edge Elite 15% off the menu.
• Meeting room booking window: Edge Core 15 days in advance; Edge Elite 1 month in advance, with priority.

Additional Edge Coin packs cost ₹10,000 + GST for 10 coins. Paid add-ons include working lunch, high tea, AV equipment, décor, and registered / GST addresses.

3. What Are Edge Coins?

Edge Coins are membership credits used exclusively to book meeting rooms across CorporatEdge centres. The number required depends on room size, duration, and centre category. High Demand CBD centres require more coins per room-hour.

4. Edge Coin Allocation, Usage & Validity

Coins are released monthly and accumulate within calendar quarters, expiring at quarter-end. Additional packs expire on membership termination.

Coin consumption rates:

• 4 to 7 seats: 1 coin per hour (CBD); 2 coins per hour (High Demand CBD).
• 8 to 12 seats: 2 coins per hour (CBD); 3 coins per hour (High Demand CBD).
• 13 or more seats: 3 coins per hour (CBD); 4 coins per hour (High Demand CBD).

Any booking duration that extends beyond a complete hour is rounded up to the next full hour.

5. Meeting-Room Bookings, Timings & Usage

Reservations are made through the CorporatEdge app or the sales team. Core members may book 15 days ahead; Elite members may book one month ahead with priority access. Standard meeting-room operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding centre holidays. Saturday bookings are available until 2:00 PM via the sales team, subject to approval.

Only one room may be held per time slot; different locations may be booked simultaneously if the times do not overlap.

6. Meeting-Room Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Cancellations 48 or more hours prior: 100% coin refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% coin forfeiture.
• No-shows: no refund.
• CorporatEdge cancellations: 100% refund, with an alternative room offered if available.

Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation of the original booking followed by a new booking.

7. Day Passes

Core members receive 1 pass per month (12 annually); Elite members receive 2 passes per month (24 annually). Unused passes may accumulate within the same quarter, up to a maximum of 3 passes for Core and 6 passes for Elite. Access runs 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Cancellations require 48 working hours notice.

8. Virtual Office & Business Address Services

Core includes 1 address; Elite includes 2 addresses. Benefits cover mail and courier services only. Registered office address and GST address usage are not included in the membership and are available as paid add-ons.

9. The Workbench Café

Core members receive 10% savings; Elite members receive 15% savings on standard menu items at participating centres.

10. Business Events & Event Support

Both plans provide access to curated event spaces across CorporatEdge centres at preferential pricing, with a dedicated coordination contact. Additional services are charged separately.

11. Included Benefits & Paid Add-ons

Paid add-ons

• Working lunch, high tea, additional food and beverage.

13. General Conditions

All services and benefits are subject to availability, applicable centre policies, operating hours, centre-specific conditions and operational requirements. CorporatEdge may revise coin rates, classifications, or benefits with member notification.
